Terms of Service

These terms cover the Genghis Khan Discord bot and its WoW Forever raid dashboard (the “app”), operated by the Cream City development team. Contact: creamcitykhan@gmail.com.

Using the app

The app provides raid planning, signups, attendance, combat-log links, loot wishlists, reminders, moderation-action scoreboards, and audio playback. Use it only if you meet Discord’s age and account requirements, follow your server’s rules, and have permission to perform the actions you request.

Use of the app must comply with applicable law, Discord’s Terms of Service, and the terms of any content or service you access through it. These app terms do not replace Discord’s terms. If you do not agree to these app terms, stop using the app; server administrators can remove the bot.

Content and conduct

Submit only content you are entitled to share. Request audio only when you have the necessary rights and the source permits that use. Do not use the app for harassment, threats, unlawful discrimination, spam, impersonation, malware, access-control bypasses, or sharing private information without permission.

Moderation scoreboards and no-show totals are community features. They are not findings of misconduct or proof of a person’s character. Hosts must check attendance before recording a no-show and correct errors when identified. Do not use rankings or automated messages to target or harass members.

Accounts and access

Keep private sign-in links private. Dashboard access depends on current Discord membership and raid-channel permissions. Members manage their own preferences and submissions; hosts and server event managers have additional raid controls. Server administrators are responsible for the permissions they grant the bot and the information they choose to post in shared channels.

Availability and accuracy

The app is provided as available. Reminders, playback, external links, and integrations can fail or be interrupted. Maintain your own copies of information you need and confirm important schedules independently. Features may be changed or discontinued. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security problems, or platform requirements.

No usage fee is currently charged for the bot or dashboard. These terms do not authorize any purchase or paid subscription. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Privacy, support, and updates

The Privacy Policy explains the information the app handles and how to request correction or deletion. For support, content concerns, or privacy requests, email creamcitykhan@gmail.com. Include the relevant Discord user ID, server, and raid or message reference if available; do not send passwords or login tokens.

Updated terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced through the app or its configured Discord channel before they apply. The app is independently operated and is not endorsed by Discord, Blizzard Entertainment, Google, or the websites linked by its users.
